FILTRACARE
maintenance
No motor runs forever and no filter stays clean. FILTRACARE offers you a maintenance service that extends the service life of your filtration system and increases operational reliability.
Our regular FILTRACARE service helps prevent problems and downtime with your filter system. FILTRACARE maintenance contracts include the following services, among others:
- Inspection of equipment for functional defects
- Functional testing of monitoring, protection, and safety devices
Visual inspection of the system for wear, leaks, and damage - Functional test of the electrical control system
- Checking or tightening important fastening screws
- Filter or hose replacement
- Clean break-in procedure and commissioning

FILTRACON® silver CARE
This basic level offers you an annual inspection of your system with a detailed status report and service recommendations. The silver CARE sticker shows that your system is being professionally maintained. This CARE model can be taken out for a minimum term of two years.

FILTRACON® gold CARE
Choose the gold CARE model and you will receive an inspection twice a year and also benefit from special conditions for spare parts. This applies to consumables such as filter cartridges or filter hoses, but also to diaphragm valves or rotary nozzles. Your system will be awarded the gold CARE sticker to signal its quality. This agreement can be concluded for a minimum term of two years.

FILTRACON® platinum CARE
For those who would rather not have to worry about their air filter systems at all, we offer the platinum CARE model. With this model, you transfer full responsibility for your filter system to us. We check your system twice a year and take care of the procurement and storage of consumables. All consumables are physically stored by us and are ready for immediate use when needed. As a platinum CARE partner, you receive consumables at preferential rates. After each inspection, you receive a detailed status report. Your system is awarded the platinum CARE sticker. The contract can be concluded for a minimum term of three years.
modernization

Old does not necessarily mean bad. Many problems can be solved with targeted modernization measures. It is often more cost-effective for you to have an older model professionally modernized by us than to purchase a new machine. Our expert team will analyze your old system without obligation, advise you on the options available, and, if necessary, suggest suitable measures for modernizing the filtration system.
Contact us before investing in a new extraction system. We may uncover unexpected potential and save you a lot of money.

FILTER CHECK
analysis
FILTRACHECK performs quality control on your system. Among other things, it assesses the quality of the indoor air, detects particle sources, and performs filter tests and leak detection.
Based on the findings, we recommend specific solutions. Sometimes it is not necessary to invest in a new extraction system. Targeted measures to modify and optimize the system can resolve problems and bring the system up to current standards. Together, we will find the most effective solution to ensure that your filtration system continues to fulfill its purpose optimally and meets current requirements.
Question: How harmful is particulate matter to health?

Fine dust is often referred to as PM10. PM stands for "particulate matter," and the 10 refers to the maximum diameter of these dust particles, namely 10 micrometers (10 µm). A human hair is about ten times thicker. Particles of this size or smaller cannot be retained in the upper respiratory tract and enter the lungs. Below PM10, there are even finer classifications such as PM2.5 (fine particulate matter) and PM0.1 (ultrafine particulate matter). From PM2.5 onwards, we also refer to respirable particulate matter. This means that these particles can reach the smallest branches and alveoli (air sacs) in the lungs. PM0.1 (ultrafine particles) even penetrate the lung tissue and bloodstream, reaching the entire body, including the brain.
Due to the various sources, fine dust is composed of many different chemical compounds. The very small, carcinogenic soot particles are particularly toxic. Near the source, e.g., a diesel engine without a particulate filter, they have a maximum diameter of 1 ten-thousandth of a millimeter (PM0.1). These particularly fine dust particles are very rugged. This makes it very easy for other toxic substances to attach themselves to them.
The FILTRACON® FILTRACHECK & AMBICHECK
Fine dust and residual emissions are harmful to health. We analyze the ambient air in your company so that we can take targeted measures to optimize your system. With the help of our analysis diagrams, you will know exactly what your air is composed of.
We check these parameters

FILTRALAB
With FILTRALAB, we perform microscopic analyses of dust samples to determine their composition and particle structure quantitatively and qualitatively. This data enables a well-founded assessment of filter behavior and dust characteristics.
In addition, FILTRALAB allows the proportion of potentially flammable solids to be determined—a safety-relevant parameter that has a significant influence on the design and layout of the extraction system.
Microscopic examination reveals the condition of the filter medium, in particular the penetration depth of particles, the occurrence of penetrations ("bleeding") and the proportion of inactive filter areas.
The results obtained are used to optimize filter media and system configurations, as well as to increase the operational reliability and service life of the filter elements.
